Scope of this policy
This Refund Policy applies to eligible purchases made directly through crochetgenerator.app. If a purchase is processed through an app store, marketplace, reseller, or another platform that controls the transaction, that provider's refund process and rules may apply instead. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
First-purchase refund requests
You may request a refund for your first paid CrochetAI purchase within 14 calendar days of the transaction. A request is not automatically approved. We may consider account history, product use, prior refunds, suspected abuse, and whether the service was materially unavailable or did not operate as described.
The Free plan is provided without charge and is not eligible for a monetary refund. A refund does not include currency-conversion charges, bank fees, taxes that must be handled by a tax authority, or fees charged independently by another provider.
Subscriptions, renewals, and credit packs
CrochetAI monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days until canceled. Canceling stops the next renewal and normally leaves paid access available through the end of the current billing period; it does not automatically refund the current period or a completed renewal.
Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. If you believe a renewal, duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or unauthorized transaction occurred, contact us promptly so we can review the transaction with the payment provider.
When a refund may be declined
To the extent permitted by law, a refund may be declined when a request falls outside the stated window, the paid service has been substantially used, the account has a pattern of repeated refund requests, the license was shared or resold, the transaction is connected to fraud or abuse, or the Terms of Service were materially violated.
Technical problems should be reported with enough detail for us to investigate. A browser, device, network, image-processing provider, or other third-party service issue outside our control does not by itself guarantee a refund, but we will review the circumstances fairly.
How to request a refund
Email support@crochetgenerator.app from the email address associated with the purchase. Include the transaction reference, purchase date, plan name, and a short explanation. Do not send your password, complete payment-card number, security code, or private photos unless support specifically requests a limited example.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The payment provider or your bank controls when the credit appears, so processing time can vary after we approve the request.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback when possible. A chargeback can delay investigation and may cause the related account or paid entitlement to be suspended while the payment dispute is reviewed. This does not prevent you from using rights available through your payment provider or applicable law.
